With the Warrior freshman baseball season about to get underway, and since many of the players are also on the 14U team, I've added them to this blog and will post results and team news here along with the 14Us. This is now the home of 14U CR Warrior baseball and Washington Warrior freshman baseball.
The freshmen kick off the season Friday night at Waterloo West. A double-header is scheduled to begin at 5 p.m. at the high school, 425 E. Ridgeway Ave, Waterloo.
UPDATE: Tonight's season opener of Warrior freshman baseball was canceled after it rained all morning. The 14Us now expect to be rested a ready for this weekend's tournament.
